✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to the peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.

Our younger child appreciated the small playroom with plenty of toys and books to keep them occupied, and our older kids played lots of pool in the basement. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows on each, much appreciated. The bathrooms and kitchen were well outfitted with necessary supplies and equipment, and the A/C worked well.
