✔ Pets: All pets under 60 pounds are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay.

**GUEST GUIDELINES**
✔ Check-in after 4 PM; checkout by 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
✔ To book this property, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. They must also be present during the stay, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises.

✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund.

The boathouse has paddleboards and other lake equipment that made for an amazing time on the lake. The pool is beautiful, large, and clean and it is lit underground  allowing for swimming at night. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of food and coffee, a TV in the living that’s on wheels, comfortable beds, pool furniture, pool floaties, a gas and a charcoal grill , a fire pit….this house really has it all. and jarrett was a great host, extremely communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had …i highly recommend this house and Jarrett as a host!"
